An upgrade from our online shop to a brick-and-mortar reality will include a curated selection of new and used books, from storied classics to modern favorites. Also enjoy our vinyl listening booths, which will spotlight a selection of the greatest albums recorded locally at Pachyderm along with newer releases.

Community.

A versatile space for locals and tourists alike to relax after work, school, or a day on the river or trail. Share a night out with a group or new friend or meet for drinks with an old flame. Falling Deer welcomes you for every occasion.

Speakeasy.

A classic walk-in bank vault houses our intimate speakeasy bar, with a menu designed to utilize only the finest local MN spirits and craft beer. Rotating seasonal cocktails will offer relief from Minnesota summers and soul chilling winters.

    Born and raised in Cannon Falls, Minnesota.

    Enjoys historical literature and rural nonfiction.

    Drinks his Jameson on the rocks and his coffee black.

    Loves a good game night with friends.

    Lives in Robbinsdale, Minnesota with his wife and daughter.

    Soaks in every screen play he can find.

    Drinks whiskey neat, and doesn’t mind a little cream in his coffee.
